- Codex Alimentarius Standard: Our production is certified compliant with the international Codex Alimentarius standard applicable to table olives (2013 revision, CODEX STAN 66 standard).
- IOC Standard (International Olive Council): We strictly adhere to the international commercial standard applicable to table olives (Resolution No. RES-2/91-IV/04) established by the IOC.

Production guarantees a superior level of food safety:
- Pesticide Residues:Products strictly compliant with Maximum Residue Limits (MRL) standards of the European Union (EU) and ONSSA.
- Heavy Metals: Strictly limited presence according to Codex(Lead ≤ 1 mg/Kg, Tin ≤ 250 mg/Kg, Cadmium ≤ 0.05 mg/Kg).
